The Problem

Although the team at YayLo had the passion and wanted to be more environmentally conscious, they did not have the manpower, time or expertise to complete an analysis on their own.

Solution and Outcome

Beyond Procurement stepped in to calculate the coffee shop’s baseline year in carbon emissions and write a strategy to reduce its footprint. By switching to renewable tariffs, the coffee shop could remove up to 6.5 tonnes of CO2 from their footprint, which is more than an 85% reduction in their emissions.
