We have worked with CTU and Euston Town BID on key projects over many years, including ballot renewals and general engagement requirements. This meant forging strong, trusting relationships with approximately 134 members in Euston and 193 in Camden.
Building trust and engagement
This work included the:
- Development of an overall BID strategy.
- Sourcing of decision-maker contact information.
- Establishing member position on BID continuation/voting intention.
- Communicate the latest project information to each member business.
- Co-ordinate the safe distribution and completion of BID nomination/ballot forms.
- Field queries and arrange meetings with BID management where necessary.
The result of our work was for Camden Town Unlimited BID being successful in their ballot with 91% of the turnout in favour of continuing with the BID and 97% for Euston Town BID.
We continue or work with both BIDs on a high profile fund-raising initiative as well as communicating the BID vision to members.
